Video Talent Attraction Campaigns

To boost talent attraction efforts without hounding local top talent with constant pitches, I’ve implemented a plan to start amplifying engagement on our social media and connection outlets. This will enable us to better showcase what our brand has to offer without being pushy or overly aggressive.

Agent Branding

Emulating company values of transparency, authenticity, and loyalty, it is imperative to me to encourage agents to keep their headshots and personal image up-to-date. The Better Homes & Gardens brand is light, approachable, and fresh. Our goal is to have each agent captured in this fashion to facilitate seamless marketing long term.

By using one photographer, Kate of Balsalm Photography and wife to one of our agents, we have been able to improve the image of several agents as well as create brand synergy as we continue to expand. It is a priority to our marketing department to provide those within our Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate family opportunities to showcase their talents.

E-mail Campaigns and Client Maintenance

E-mail campaigns serve a valuable purpose in client retention and talent attraction in our competitive market. As agents allocate most of their time to face-to-face client interactions, we support their work with followup digital touch points.

Our e-mail campaigns consistently perform significantly higher than the industry average in opens, clicks, and responses. We continue to engage new talent and customers with clean, streamlined, and brand aware content of value.

Social Media Management

Real Estate agents differ widely in their social media activity and awareness. We help engage each agent’s network with consistent and fresh brand-aware content. From property marketing to “Facebook Facelifts”, we help empower our agents to start deals ahead of the curve.

Through posting and sharing on agent and brokerage profiles, we are able to align our core brand concept of synergy and support by highlighting agent and company success as frequently as we can.
